Our Yoga camp focuses on the full expression of Yoga and offers: Yoga poses and breathing, the importance of proper nutrition, caring for the body, and age appropriate games, stories and songs.  Campers learn respect, honesty, compassion, positive self-esteem, and an awareness of others during this fun-filled week.
