Directions for Use of Sacred Spring Bath Essences:
A Sacred Spring bath is prepared by filling the tub to a comfortable measure (so as to have a good soak) with clear, warm water (without soap or bath products). One quarter (1/4) of the bottle is then added to the water and mixed in gently by hand. It is best to soak in the water for at least 15 to 20 minutes enjoying the peaceful, relaxing state. Warm water may be added for comfort. Following the bath, one should allow at least one hour of undisturbed rest (a night’s sleep if possible).
A quick alternative to a bath is a foot soak. Use one eighth (1/8) of a bottle each time and soak feet for 15-20 minutes.
What are the Ingredients of Sacred Spring Flower Essences?
