MEDITATION AND CONTEMPLATION COURSES

This powerful course offers guidance and support for students on all aspects of Meditation.
Whether you are beginning a practice or wish to deepen your practice, this course is for you.
Five levels are offered and each level consists of nine consecutive lessons.* Group Meditation is practiced in class.
Private practice is established and offered at home.

In Level Two continue to deepen your practice and expand your experience. You will learn:
- The difference between Eastern and Western Meditation and offer both
- To identify and remove tendencies that may be a hindrance to your practice
- How to identify and remove distractions
- How to eliminate lower level beliefs
- Pre-Meditation techniques
- Many other unique techniques to enhance and support your practice
- Guided Meditation and visualization
- Expanded information on Pranayama
- Expanded information on a Mantra and Chanting
- How to come in touch with and express Love Energy
